Return Policy 

Information About Returns
We appreciate your business and stand behind the quality of our products.If you are unsatisfied with a product, you may exchange or return it within 30 days of purchase with your original receipt. We cannot accept returns on overly used products. Shipping and handling are not included in refunds.



Enclose a copy of your order along with the product(s) you are returning.
Peel off the pre-printed Return Label on the front of the packing slip and adhere it to the return package. If your shipping method says: FREE SHIPPING. You will not have a prepaid return label and the shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

We recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to ensure prompt delivery.
Refunds on shipping are credited only when an item is incorrectly shipped or arrives defective or damaged.



Returns for purchases made in a Spa may not be returned to ProvenceCosmetics-usa.com.

All returns must be pre-approved within three (3) business days of receipt and made at customer's request.



The Customer agrees that product damaged in shipment must be reported to Provence Cosmetics, Inc within 48 hours of receiving shipment for a provence Cosmetics authorization return number. No credit will be issued without a Provence Cosmetics authorization number.


To initiate a return, contact us at info@provencecosmetics.com or 1 (800) 871-8313 to obtain a return authorization number. Returns are at the sole discretion of Provence Cosmetics, Inc. To ensure that your returns are received by Provence Cosmetics Inc., please make sure to add insurance to your parcel through your mail delivery service. Shipping and handling costs will not be reimbursed. Product costs only are refundable, shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Please allow 2 weeks for us to process your return once we receive your returned items. UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS WILL NOT BE CREDITED.

Restocking Fee
Please note that there is a $10 restocking fee for all returns that are requesting a refund. Returns requesting store credit or exchange will not receive a restocking fee.
